just strained my home brew apple wine to get rid of any lumps. Didn't taste any but it smelt like strong skrumpy and not at all rotten or sour. It has got about 4 more months before it it drinkable so I have something to look forward to.

Also the gf and I will be starting a batch of either mead or ginger wine next weekend.

Little bit of motivation today managed to actually start some music my neighbours probebly hate me because i was working on the sub bass in a liquid drum & bass track for a while

 

managed to fly through the jobs at work leaving me time to start a project!....

 

I keep an EMP cannon for times like this. Headphones, please-we do not all share your taste in music, or believe that drum & bass is music. However, that stated I live miles out of town on 5 1/2 acres with a lake for a reason.

 

I generally follow these rules however i don't consider using a power drill at 5.30am against the wall my headboard is up against is also very appealing to listen to either.

He never cared when i complained to him about it the second day of a week of renovations so im sure he can deal with an hour or so of that in the afternoon he probebly was out scoring drugs anyway

Its not about physical volume either more the rumble

 

It's hard to argue with response in kind. Should you have stated that, good sir, I should not have stated that I would EMP you if you were a neighbor. I can remember many times doing something similar. Carry on.

 

The satisfaction of manual labour. After working on decorating for 3 or 4 weeks we are now at a point where we can see an end, hopefully by the end of the weekend it will be finished.

 

Starting Taekwondo this week with my brother

Im excited to have some more physical excercise and its probebly going to do me the world of good in terms of fitness, bulking up and just meeting some new people.

Not sure what to expect the guy never gave us alot of indication, i think we're going for a beginner group and then he said we could stay for the older group if we enjoyed it.

Hopefully we're not the only ones beginning

I've hit the part of the month when everything runs out at the same time as needing stuff!.

Petrol/ Shaving items/ Need a coat, new shirts, another pair of shoes!

Luckily i have a bank account with almost the full amount of my paycheck after refusing to impulse buy

 

Applying for a permanent position at where I work as a Junior technician. Fingers crossed the next couple of weeks goes smoothly.

 

Finally have managed to sign off of Jobseekers and now able to earn some proper money.

and I am finally after a year of not having money I can finally get round to getting my tattoos done

 

Skint until nxt month.

I haven't bought myself anything in ages. I've got to look into where all the money is going.

 

Im on holiday for a week

I might be getting a days work tomorrow. It will be working with my father which isn't an issue. Though it might lead to regular work back with the firm I worked for, for five years.

I left to go to a new job, that job fell through and have sporadic work since. This might be the start of a new job with an old firm lol

 

In the process of changing the nursery into a bedroom for a little girl . Winnie The Pooh Border has gone, curtains and bedding changed, walls have gone from "Flawless Fawn" to some kind of light blue (wife picks colours for walls and I just chuck it on them).

Thursday will be exciting as the ceiling is being painted while she's at nursery school - dark blue and it'll have fluorescent stars in proper constellations on it

Plus fact that I'm able to move around, crawl about and contort myself into odd positions with no discomfort from my sternotomy is awesome too

 

Woke up to find everything I had assembled looked perfect. Still got the touch, apparently.

 

Landed a massively cool project that includes marketing material in print, digital, and campaign management. VERY exciting stuff. I got verbal confirmation (and that's good - i have worked with this client 3 times before), and am waiting for final arrangements, deposits, etc.

Also finshing up a brand development project for a new client.
Then a small website for a South African Audience, which is new for me (I know the Namibian audience, but the SA one is a bit different).

On top of that, my iPhone 5 is on order (and I -again- won't be paying a cent for it)
my New MBP rocks HARD, and the old one is getting sold on the weekend.

The missus and myself are celebrating 5 years or annoying each other on Friday, and life's tiring but good right now.

 

Update on this; I'm now 225.5lbs, just shy of 20lbs lighter than I was in May! I'm healthier than I've been for about 4 years at this point. 220 here I come!
