I am now watching the Godfather. And for a film in the 70s, the effects(or lack thereof) are still beyond anything made now.

 

New girlfriend, getting lots more exciting work my way and a great two days training for my placement with the BBC, which starts on location at a festival next weekend.

A 2:1 is like a B+/A- and a First is an A+, 2:2 being a B/C and a Third being like a D? That's how I always thought of it anyway.

Three buddies of mine are all planning on renting a house in this area, with me as a fourth. I may finally get to ditch this abyssmal living-with-parents life without the drawbacks of communal parking and laundry which I'd face living on my own in an apartment!

Connected and fired up my 360 for the first time in ??? (months) this evening. Dug out Halo 3, redeemed a 48 hour gold membership trial card (I'll buy a card with a few months on it tomorrow) and had some matchmaking fun! I forgot how HARD ranked matches can be at times. It's really not a game that I can play casually. If I'm not winning, I'm pissed

Once I get tomorrow out the way I would have done a full 7 day working week, while managing to squeeze in a drinking session last night and tonight.

I normally dont bother working weekends (even if I know I need the money) but i'm trying to make a point of showing i'm reliable and willing to the project manager and supervisor of this firm in the hope they'll take me on my own, so I can getaway from the ****** i'm working with atm and earn the money I should be for the amount of work I do.

 

Reconnected with an old girl/friend that i havent seen since like 7th Grade. She lives in the next town, is apparently single and has the hots for me. Win. Even better considering she is a total BAMF and is completely different then the chicks in the town I'm in.
