Over my bout with the flu.
Got all the parts for my next Eyefinity setup (though I still have to make monitor a stand).
Got a full day to work on whatever projects I feel like doing.

Still not done setting up, but I've had enough for today, sat relaxing at the summer desk set up with the evening view, breeze, chocolate and a glass of wine.

Great changes have been made or are about to be made. Some went well, some not at all. Overall though I will have grown up from this and it's going to take me to the next level ; become a rock star

Found tree of heaven in the yard, and got confirmation that my Chinese privet is a great bow wood as well. Will be out swinging an axe tomorrow, I feel...

 

Receiving an email from Amazon, which says that the Bluray I pre-ordered (Fringe S5) has not only shipped, but also come down in price since I placed the order so they're refunding the difference.

 

I've got my prom tuxedo all sorted out.

I'm sorry, I'm hardly one to talk....I just couldn't resist.

 

Ended up having a good night on Saturday, my friends may have showed up 2.5 hours late, but they ensured I had a good night. On top of that I spent my birthday (Wednesday) watching hockey with my family. I always enjoy family time, and I'm really happy that for the most part the entire sits down for a meal regularly, minus one of my brothers who is usually at work. I'm also rather spoiled, for my birthday / early graduation gift my parent's let me pick out a laptop. I wanted one but I refused to ask for it just because they aren't the cheapest gift around.

Down almost 25 pounds, weather is improving and I'm filling in on my brothers softball team. It's nice to get out and be active.

Got my grades on Wednesday and it was one of my better semesters, I ended my university career on a positive note, with a pretty decent GPA (3.2)

Leafs have taken our playoff run to game 7 against Boston, there was a lot of doubt that we'd be able to win the last 2, so the fact that we've come back to tie the series is more than enough. I'm hoping for the game 7 win but we've already proved many of the "band wagoners" wrong that we'd be swept / wouldn't be able to compete with Boston. I'm super excited, and regardless of the outcome as long as it isn't a blowout tonight I'll be proud. We've had a few players really step up for the playoffs and it just feels so good to have some playoff hockey to watch.

On a personal note, now that I'm done school I'm just kind of relaxing and helping out around the house. It feels nice not really having to worry about anything, though I need to get my resume together and start looking for a job, and I'm sure once I find said job, things will all change. In general, just very positive about everything right now!
