    BBQ time this evening. Leading up to that I've had Spin this morning and now I've got kickboxing grading so I'm cycling up the hill to it. Can't wait. Will be a big dinner.

    My week off starts today, though I am melting. Need some aircon in my room. Possible purchase needed soon if things stay this warm.

    SPF 50 cream / spray, spent all day in the sun today and I don't even feel a little bit burnt. I put it on four times after having a dip and it has worked perfectly!

    I wish I could say the same. I have to put stuff on stronger than that even in the middle of winter, and I still burn mighty easily. :p

    I've just booked my tickets to fly out to the States for two months.

    My Partners Dad had a place in Atlanta, with a 2 acre garden and rather large pool.

    The only thing I intend on doing during this time, is swim, play tennis, a little golf and some exercise. Two months of relaxing.

    I leave on the 18th August.

    Also, this weather is amazing. It's supposed to continue for a week, and that makes me very pleased.
