Other What currently makes your life awesome?

My bigass, badass Dell 3008 is back baby, yeah!

I hadn't realised until now, just how much I missed it, and how much working on a 4:3 19" monitor sucked. This is going to take some getting used to (again)

Cleaning the house whilst playing Up At The Lake by The Charlatans at epic sound pressure levels!!!

got the car back from its engine rebuild, by god it feels good to be driving again. ive been invited to a track day with the mechanics who did it as well.

a day with a 400bhp subaru should be fun

Modding in this incoming storm.

1 weeks holiday; it may be raining very hard so I can't really go anywhere or do much, but at least I don't have to walk to & from work in this weather for a week...

Just a little room design, making my own project.

Why oh why have I only just found out, in my 31st year, that you can open a tin can (relatively) easily with a common spoon?

Saved my life this lunchtime

I got a nexus 7; the new one for the missus. I quickly started to like it. The screen is so crisp its unreal. Its/fast and user friendly.

I just read that Titan Fall is to remane a PC and Xbox exclusive forever.

Yay for PC!

EA cancelling Command And Conquer

I had hopes for this ( despite it being EA )

but then I realise that it was likely to end up being a pretty mess anyway

so no ruining my hopes ^_^

Oh, man!My congratulations. You've got amazing gadget. Nexus7 really has the power!

This.

Longwave radio- currently tuned in to an Irish station doing an Ink Spots marathon.

Edit: And now they're playing Paradise Lunch. Updating a project log to this is the best!

It will arrive in 22 days time.

I have an entire tiramisu cake to myself. And I'm eating it. And it's awesome.

Mmmmmmmm tiramisu is so good. I'm salivating just thinking about it.

Two interviews, perhaps I can finally go into something which doesn't involve me pulling my hair out and throwing it at people who annoy me. Being your own boss is overrated but i dont want to look at another ****ing invoice.

Being in Abu Dhabi; I'm getting paid to be here, my £250 per night hotel room is paid for by work and I have a ticket for the F1 qualification and race, and the Muse concert.

Life is good!

Got a date with a lady (woman might be more appropriate, but doesn't feel right to use something that generic..) next week. Been talking to her every day for a week or two.

Looking forward to it.

good luck buddy
