Congrats! There's nothing as fun (or frustrating) as being a father. It's the best.

Passed my fourth year medical school exams. Last year now, or 9 months in reality. Final year is also job prep rather than new knowledge, so it's clear sailing from here out. Woohoo!

Me and the missus went there on the tram a few months ago, when we got there, I thought we'd inadvertently become caught up in the army of Mordor.

Can't really put into words how I'm feeling right now

****ing great is the best I can do, I honestly don't think dating this girl could be going any better than it is at the moment, its never been this clear and open.

More stuff planned :) first (official) date went unbelievably amazing

Im also glad to stop hearing 'We're going to try set you up with...' or 'Do you want me to help you find someone?' or 'Why are you still single?' from people that love to stick there noses in my business.

My RepRap Prusa i2 is finally fully functional and quite well calibrated (fine tuning remains though) which makes me all tingly inside. :D

Still to confirm hotel arrangements but looks like I will be working at Insomnia 52 this year, working on the Zotac/XMG Laptops stand. Should be pretty awesome, paid for four days plus expenses. :D

Hoping this is the big push to do PR/Events etc for a living rather than part time.

Cordless drill battery died, again ( replaced original sh*tty nicad pack with r/c grade nimh cells ), so upgraded to LiFepo4 A123 cells ( normally used in my trucks ); 12v drill now running on ~20v, got a new lease of life with much more grunt & cells don't self discharge after a few days either...

Man that's ghetto, my father in law did something similar a few years ago. His almost 15 year old drill has a battery electrical taped to the end XD

This time tomorrow i shall be approaching Eastbourne (East Sussex) for Airbourne and it will be the first, and quite possibly the only time i will ever see 2 Lancaster bombers in the air at the same time. Whilst they will be on display at Shoreham and Dawlish airshows, i wont be at either.
I know i sound a little gloomy, but it's awesome, because the Red Arrows will be displaying too :thumb:

Picking up the gf (feels weird saying that, its been ages) for a chilled out movie night tonight.

Got some cool trips planned and paid for in the future and after parting with an old computer system I'm able to keep my head above the water for the rest of this month :)

If I can just bag a few job interviews I'll be golden!
