Ah, I'd assumed iodine based on how many questions they asked me about whether I'm allergic. In fact, after my name and DoB I think that was the most asked question..

Hopefully, but I won't know until I've had a CT scan and they've done some tests on the traitor - But the CT scan is this Friday, so that should mean I'm getting both sets of results at a similar time. The waiting is going to be the worst bit I think!

Got myself one of those gel wrist rests. I've never actually had or used one before. Feels like i'm a caveman laying on a mattress for the first time. Comfortable.

went on a canal boat trip earlier, captain of said barge announced his vessel was called "William" or "Will.i.am" in an attempt to be trendy, dude at the back shouts up "i thought this was a canal boat not a douche canoe"

    nearly **** myself laughing.

Spent the last hour signing all my employment documents and scanning them to send back to the company. Paperwork is done, first day is Monday and I am very much looking forward to it. It's a medium sized company that is growing, and it sounds like there are lots of opportunities to learn and gain experience. Added bonus, will be doing a lot of walking as part of my commute, so should help with my weight loss!

At the end of April, EE sent me, completely at random, a brand new iPhone6 and a £60/month sim for it. I did not order ANY of this!

It took 2 weeks to get them to send out a return package for it, which I used immediately. They received the phone less than 12hrs later, but they still wanted me to pay for the damn thing.

I've FINALLY got them to admit their liability, strike the extra amount from my bill, and refund the return postage (with interest!)

I even got them to switch my tariff to one with twice as much data, for HALF the price! :D

EE are awful. Moved onto them from T-mobile this January and I'm fairly sure I won't be renewing the contract.

8 days paid holiday. /Begin sarcastic tone; After having given everything up last November for the lady friend I thought i'd be attached to indefinitely, she makes up a serious crime story to grab my attention when she felt it was lacking, slept with countless partners and has now moved onto my friends and of course, I'm the devil himself. Oh and this whole time we've been working together in close proximity, hence the holiday.

    Awesome!

Just got back today from a weekend trip to Birmingham for the UK Games Expo, the show was better than ever this year with lots of great laughs with my friends. I'm sure other people at the show must have thought we were on drugs with the amount of times we were cracking up.

Plus I have tomorrow off work so I get a nice rest before seeing what chaos has been left for me to return to.

I have to agree, as soon as I'm near the end of my contract period, I'm jumping ship to another provider.
Since switching from an old T-Mobile contract with unlimited data to my new EE one at the end of last year, it's been such a terribly unstable service with the signal going down for days at a time and the EU allowance (which should be included in my contract) being non-existent... I'm losing the will to constantly argue with their customer service team that I signed up for an EU contract.

You know who i'm with? Tesco mobile. Now you may laugh, but i've always got a great signal, their customer service is top-notch and they're only 12 month contracts. They're 'powered' by O2, but i've never had any of the problems O2 customers seem to have.

Plus it's not like it's hard to find a branch XD

Accusations of and then admissions of fakery.

Turns out the winner owns (she had previously intimated that she *borrowed* this dog for the semi final) and trains 2 very very similar collies but only one likes heights and did the rope walk on behalf of the "star" dog Matisse - doesn't really detract from the very impressive training, just she should have been honest about there being 2 collies in that particular version of her act.

You could also see that the lemon used by Jamie Raven had been pre-cored and the tv angled used clearly showed his palm visible through the hole he pulled the BGT £50 note from that had been signed by Alisha - although being an illusionist he won't admit the "secret"
