    Strong enough to go to rehab today! That's amazing progress against what I have. Parkinsonism is hell but I'll beat it.

    Made it to the end of the week (for me atleast..) now I've hit a year i get a few extra days of leave! I've decided to cash in and treat myself to half a day (Ooo la la!) should be gone by 3pm at the latest today hit home by 5:30 showered and out by 6:30 to hit the beach in front of the sea by 7...

    Now I've just got to make it to 3! :)

    My wife has agreed that we could use an additional method of transport now that she's back using the car during the week, having started a new job. We had a good chat about it last night and looked through a couple of options:

    1) Me getting my bike licence sorted out along with buying a bike plus associated bits and pieces

    2) another car.

    Option 2 comes out as the far more practical as I already have a driving licence and, given my age (38 at the last count), insurance would not be a killer provided that I stayed sensible with the car choice. We have agreed on a budget of £2000 which is more than I need for what I have in mind, in fact it should just about cover the insurance too...
