Yup that's the way to go.

Every Saturday I have gourmet burgers. I mainly eat beef chuck (from my local butcher, sawdust affair) and lamb, again from my butcher. He charges about 90p a burger IIRC but they are like solid meat and hardly shrink at all when cooked (which I would imagine means they have a lower fat content but I don't like things greasy).

Any way I toast fresh bread and either have buffalo sauce (American, bright orange) with mozzy and red leicester or barbeque with mozzy and cheddar or lamb with blue cheese and ranch. Oh, I also have the odd venison burger with port sauce.

Must be some autistic thing 'cause I never eat anything else on Saturdays.

We ordered some "extra special" burgers from Asda once and by the time they were cooked there was nothing left.

I would say it's about medium heat. Got a nice kick though.

The only store bought burgers I would ever order again.

They're seriously hefty and quite yummy :)

Found some (slightly damp-damaged) retro goodness in the attic. Below is '81. The binders for '82 and '83 haven't been cleaned off yet.

That little gaming session I just had was awesome.

It was like 2009 all over again but instead of a new HD5770, E7200 and Dirt 2 blowing me away, this time it was a GTX 780, 4690k and Dirt Rally.

    Absolutely fantastic. :cooldude:

I installed the app at 6pm yesterday. Is this real life?

I look at it this way, the more taxes the government asks me to pay the more I am earning. I'd be ecstatic if I move up to the next tax bracket. Sure I'll pay more taxes but I'll also increase my take home pay.

Dirt Rally is such a good game, difficult, but oh so enjoyable to play. Looks great too :thumb:
