Switched out my Asus Xonar DX for my Soundblaster Titanium HD, which I had not used in about five months due to a bios update.. I used to have four sound cards in/on my PC. Onboard Recon which I used for gaming, D2X which I used into one amp/cans, Tit HD which fed into another amp/cans and a USB Asus thing to run my speakers/sub. Any way, the D2X had this known issue in X99 boards where the relays would not click to enable the card. You had to put the rig to sleep, then bring it back and they would click in. So apparently MSI fixed this so I downloaded the latest Alienware bios for my board to solve the issue. It worked ! but i killed my XFI tit. For some reason no matter what I tried the tit was not putting out any sound. I pondered whether it was brown bread, but eventually decided it couldn't have been as it worked fine before the bios change.

Any way, yesterday I decided to clean out the Alienware triad rig to make way for the GPU upgrade. It was filthy. I decided to remove the tit whilst I was in there as it wasn't doing anything. I replaced the Xonar DX in my other Alienware with the tit and god, the mid range and treble on this thing are unmatched. The Asus sounds really heavy and clumpy compared to it.

So that was nice, and kinda awesome. Tit is the best looking sound card ever too, just need to recover the back plate :)

Oh yeah ! Jolly Rancher sour apple powder for water. I ran out of cordial yesterday and all I had left other than the vile tap water we get here all was diet coke. I figured sod it, I will do a day on the diet cola before my shopping comes tomorrow. Got to about 7pm and I was burping up acid, not pleasant. So I had a pint of water but by the time I got half way through I wanted to do a tecnhicolour yawn. It was so horrible. Literally tastes like a salt marsh smells. Then I realised that about a year ago I had done an order from Americansweets and in the food cupboard I had a box of unopened Jolly Rancher drink powder sachets for water.

Ahhh, flavour. I forgot how deliciously sweet American drinks are haha.

I tend to stay away from 'Diet' Drinks. I don't know what makes them different, but 'Zero' drinks don't repeat on me quite as badly.

I'm a big fan of American Drinks, I love Arizona drinks, like the Grape and Lime Rickey cans. I might order from an online place one day - £2 a can is pretty atrocious from my local place that sells these drinks.

Yeah Arizona pomegranate tea, green tea etc are amazing. You couldn't really drink anything else out there in the searing heat of summer. Asda does a great rootbeer if you are a fan, though it's loaded with sugar.

Never ever tried Root beer before. The same shop I mentioned also sells A&W drinks, including their Root beer.

What would you describe the flavour as?

I test drove a GT86 today, since my car is in the garage having pretty much everything ontop of the engine replaced.

My Word I want it, it's definitely the fastest thing I've drive, and it drives Fantastically.

In just 25 days I am going to be marrying my partner. We have been living together very nearly 16 years and thought it's time we were officially each other's next of kin. She is a truly lovely woman.

    Thank-you :)
Not for this reason, after 16 years we know what we are both like to live with! The Department for Work and Pensions may well give me reason to post there.

Not sure if it's awesome, or desperately worrying. My 3 year old is worried about 'monsters' in the room, wardrobe, under the bed, etc. Only child out of three who had this fear, she's also afraid of puppets, so there's that.

So they're in bed and i'm settling her and she goes to me "Daddy, the monsters under the bed will get me when i'm asleep!" but before I could say anything, my 8 year old interjects and goes "There's no monsters under the bed, but there's monsters everywhere in the world - you just can't tell them apart from people".

..The look on my face was Harrowing.

Work called all staff out to a "Half-Year Results" meeting at a local countryside hotel, fed us a free buffet then talked for 75 mins about how great we'd done. Then, early doors so I'm home two full hours early! :D
