Bit of a subdued Christmas for me. It's a shame when it just starts to feel like any other day, but Christmas dinner number 4 for this year was very much enjoyed (yummy).

For once I got nothing even vaguely resembling anything electronic. Mainly just got clothes and chocolates. My girlfriend gets extra points for feeding my obession with spicy food and filled my stocking with... Scotch Bonnet + Birds eye chilli powder, Habañero chilli flakes, Red Savina chilli seeds, Habañero chilli oil, chilli bbq sauce, chilli relish, extra hot peri peri sauce, "Dave's Private Reserve 2003" chilli sauce :worried:, hot and spicy salt :eyebrow: and some Habañero crisps :hehe:. Those'll keep me going for a while :cooldude:

Hope everyone had a good Christmas anyway. I think as you get older it's more about spending time with the family for a whole day than anything else (as it should be), along with watching the National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. Classic.

    :brrr:

I got a Nintendo DS off the mrs, which was a really nice surprise. Came with Mario Kart.
Also bought me a sync cradle for my Axim X30 that lights up bloo.
Got a bird box for the garden. Some smellies. A pet rock (complete with googly eyes!) Robots DVD, with action figure. Choccies. USB oil/led lighty up thing. A Wastemaster. And various other bits n bobs.

Bit peed my gfx card on ebay didn't reach the reserve :( That would've been a nice Christmas pressie. Ah well, it's relisted :) Can't believe ppl wouldn't go above £250 for a brand spanking new 7800GTX.

Nice one with the Calvin and Hobbes but those pay as you go get too expensive if you got a gf, one month it was over $80.

    Underwear
    Hoodie
    Various Munchies
    Spotlight
    Kinectic LED Flashlight

    Hopefully more coming tomorrow.

Hope everyone had a good one.

    - Sony Ericsson k750i
    - Sony MiniDV camcorder (wayhey)
    - £200 in cash from various people.
    - £50 Jessops voucher
    - Shure e2c earphones
    - Maxtor OneTouch II 300gb external harddrive
    - PSP with a couple of games and 1gb memory stick. Got that a month back though.
    - Football Manager 2006 (most used present so far)
    - Some luverly K-Swiss trainers, the ones with velcro straps rather than laces.
    - 24 Season 4 and The OC Season 2 DVD boxsets
    - The World According to Clarkson and Ashes Fever books
    - Sweets, smellies, boxers, socks. You know, the generic Xmas stuff that it wouldn't quite be Christmas without from various people.

Also getting additional money towards a Dell 2405fpw 24" LCD sometime in January.

Bit odd getting a MiniDV camera from my girlfriend's mam and dad though, surely they know what it'll get used for...?

Very crap year, but what else is to be expected?

    - A knife set (got a small 3" fold-lock blade, utility plyers, multi-knife, and a small LED flashlight)
    - One 'doilie' (those stupid coaster things that go under plants and such)
    - Some cookies in a tin
    - A really ugly looking sweater that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy
    - And the best for last: a mastercraft socket set

You know, every year I've always tried to get everybody exactly what they've wanted, no matter the cost, and I've always gotten uselsess, random crap that I couldn't even sell in return.

This year I didn't even try, got nobody nothing, and what do you know? Nobody gave any thought to anything they gave me this year yet again.

The knife set is good though, but it'll never get used.

    I hate my family.

Man, some of you are spoilt rotten!

I got some more money last night, so I'm off to the sale at 9am to grab a half price leather chair! Which is why I'm up early!
