That's not too shabby a price then really - I'm spending around £70 every 6000 miles.

I'd kill for that toyota. Only one I'd want anyhow.

Nothing wrong with it... I just wondered what makes it a villain's car?

haha guys, it's a villain car because of its personality (for lack of better words). Hmmm, look at this way: if it had appeared in Initial D, it would certainly be driven by a villain boss character. Surely, it doesn't look very friendly...

Anyway, here's the story in fast forward:

Swapped the VW for a Ford F-150 SuperCrew 4x4. It's, well, enormous in comparison to the Passat. Can't live in Texas without owning one at some point :D

thats a small pickup by a lot of peoples standards. when i was working at ford, you just werent cool if you didnt drive a lifted F350 diesel crew cab with big, gay wheels and obnoxious exhaust. rarely was there a day when at least one or two didnt roll through the shop. they are every bit as annoying to work on as they are to look at:

Fortunately for me, we only get a handfull for F250s here, and no 350s OR 150s... the scary bit is that the F250s you DO encounter are always driven by some tiny girl that's doing her makeup while on the mobile, while trying to park the thing in a narrow underground parking.
    forwards-backwards-forwards-backwards-oops - didn't see you there...

Haha, that's pretty ridiculous. Check out the incredibly stupid mounting of that coil spring on the front strut!
