Watch out for the DMF, my friends 2003 mondy killed its DMF, clutch and slave cylinder last month, it had been dying for about 5 months, until it pissed hydraulic fluids all over a junction when the seals finally died on the slave. Only 130K on the clock aswell, the garage we used do transits and connects everyweek, seems the early DMF's get problematic after 110K.

The only two things i hate about that shape mondeo is the weight, (fat girl) and the A pillar is a massive blind spot.

I don't think I've posted this one here yet, ina ll fairenessit's not as smart, as fast or as expensive as some of the cars here, but what it is reliable, cheap to run (£50 worth of fuel goes for 3 weeks) Comfortable to drive.

I used to think that. Then one day not very long ago I got sick of that attitude, and vowed to build myself one ;)

I must admit Rude, I expected to see a BMW diesel instead. While I like the Mk.6, it just doesn't float my boat somehow.

It wasn't my first choice as I quite fancied a delivery mileage Abarth but it will primarily be the wife's car and she had the deciding vote. We have a very good VAG independent we use regularly which also helped swing it as the dealership chain with the Fiat franchise in my neck of the woods are infamous for being useless and complete ****s.

The puddle jumper is the 2nd car as the old MK4 GT TDI Golf is still delivering 60mpg for the daily commute. Once we get the house sale and move completed it will be replaced with something newer.

Thanks :) The wheels would be illegal without the camber, it looks extreme but isn't affecting tyre wear and handles fine.

not quite my cup of tea, :D

    I'd do:
Smaller wheels and colour coded bumpers.
More subtle exhaust and remove bonnet vent.
    de-tango front lights.

I've always thought the Ka looks a bit like a scrotum.
