Gonna go see it today down in Essex, it's sr20 powered 270bhp 1/4 mile in 13.1@108mph but 1/4 miles don't mean anything unless it's sideways.

I might take the sr20 out sell it and do the 20v conversion on throttle bodies.

It's ashame it's not a panda trueno but they are so hard to find in mint condition and this levin is mint.

Not sure I need a 3rd drift car but I can't resist.

I bet it goes well with the Cossy in it, but I'd have to have at least one with a screaming crossflow in it, on twin 45s, with a red line of 9k,


I did read in a classic car mag article on mk1 escorts that you have to be wary of ones with engine conversions, especially high power ones as if it's not done properly the engine can tear the shell apart.

 

I got some new wheels for my car, I was going to look for the chavviest things I could (hub cap spinners), but then I realised I wasn't a ****, so I got these:

Stick some winter tyres on them and put them in the garage/shed. You'll thank me when it gets cold and wet/icy.

 

While that's good idea... i don;t think he'd be keeping them in the boot if he had a garage/shed

Nice Wheels Mars! I agree with Shirty about winter tyres, although I'd be more inclined to sell those wheels and buy a set of steelies with winter rubber with the funds.

SR20 Levin... SO MUCH WANT! Did you buy it?! Please tell me you bought it!

A 20v 4A-GE on ITBs is nice, but I do have a serious soft spot for the SR20 as well!

 

I would put them in the garage, if there was space.. It's currently full with flat pack furniture waiting for me to move in..

 

Get a 3-day auction started on eBay - someone will pay a few quid for 'em.

 

I'm thinking of putting them at £200 Buy it now. I want them gone really, they're just taking up space.
