No car should ever be riced. Ricer = crappy car with useless junk.

man thats a pretty ignorant comment there, that most people seem to have

a ricer means a car that is trying to look fast but isnt fast.

this consists of a super huge spoiler, 3" muffler with a crappy catalytic conveter to make it sound like it has a decent engine, dropped way to low, rims that are way to big and stupid mods like vynil, body kits and boost gauges in the interior

now lowering a car and adding new rims and a modest spoiler ( you know there are cars with spoilers) just to make it look nice is considered "riced out"

yeah i guess all the millions of people who buy rims for their cars drive ricers

Yes, the spoiler is unnecessary (unless the car is unstable at high speeds, though it's probably not).

Rims vary really, they can look good if you go for ones that look like they belong on the car, or stupid if you get ones with spinners :sigh:

I don't see what a stock engine has to do with having it lowered really, you don't need more power to corner faster.

Some people like their music ;)

Having said all that, it all has to be done tastefully lest you end up with a lime green and chrome monstrosity with blue LEDs on the wiper jets and a 5" exhaust.

first to stay on topic nice scooby bartop, do you have any pictures of the back, cant tell what kind of spoiler it is

hmmm my last post didnt go through so im just gonna repeat what I said

Ok piratetaco your comments just seem to be based on ideas with out any real support

"unneccesary spoiler" yeah i guess all those cars that have spoilers on them must be ricers. I didnt mean to make the spoiler look so large, its more like this one

Im not sure if it stock but it looks nice.

Your rim comment is just ignorant so im not even gonna cover it

What does the condition of the the engine have to do with lowering a car. IF you would do your research you would know that lowering your car and upgrading components like shocks and struts will give you better cornering and if done correctly a more comfortable and safe ride. What should I add an AEM air filter or replace the headers  just to lower it.

Your comments on a new sound system are even more ignorant its amazing :duh:. I guess all those people adding a cd deck and new speakers and changing out their stock sound were all influenced by 2 fast 2 furious.

Now for the rest of you guys

I dont understand were all the ignorance and hate is coming. I guess if you're from a city that has almost all stock cars and then you see one car with rims you consider it a ricer, but please open your eyes. Im from Los Angeles and ive seen my share of primed out ricer/tuner wanna-be's with horrific body kits and coffee bean can sized exhausts, but there is ways to make a stock car look nice and classy.

I came here for constructive critisism, and for the most part bit-tech caters to those people that just need to :dremel: things just to personalize them so I dont understand were all the ignorance is coming from :sigh:

mods if im getting off topic please delete this and all my other posts.

Oh my, that is a lovely car. Got a nice road for it in Farnborough as well haven't you? The Blackwater Valley bypass just *wants* to be driven fast on (unless there are cameras on it now). Is MY05 WRX your reg. plate? If so- you sir are a massive, massive poser :D
