Holy moly - some good driving there. That thing looks like it's a little lively.

A few motorbikes being a pain in the ass there at around 8 minutes, and was that a coach at ~8:15?! Not the usual fair!

 

Nope, but he wouldnt let me overtake so in the end I had to force the issue with some late braking.

What about taking the mini for a track day?

 

He'd might have gone even faster if he'd had the window shut

 

I want to, i really do, and now i've fixed the oil leak, i'm more inclined to give it a try! Especially as it'll be at Donnington

Also I received for my birthday a Ferrarri F430 and Lambo Gallardo race day @ Prestwold Hall Leicester that i have to book, expect photos + videos XD

I think thats the funniest thing about it, the guy is so calm and collected, not bad for a 160bhp mini with no rollcage, i'd be shitting bricks driving that fast round in something so...unprotected.

There is a similar video when he races Sabrina in a new mini S, and while she puts on his helmet, he re-arranges his beanie,balls , big balls.

 

All I can say is. Great & WOW. Good man! I really want to get on the track asap, but I need to sell one car and put a wiring loom in the other. Makes me wish I had a mini!

 

I would be somewhat surprised if the bikers were actually trying. Very surprised in fact.

 

I saw that car once and it was absolutely hammering a porsche through the corners, I thnk it was more or less matching it on the straights too. I give theat the tumbs up for working class people like me!

 

Yeah I've seen a few videos of this mini. I'd demand a roll cage, helmet and full body armor before I would get in it.

Aye, you got it... since the new Jetta has been bumped into a higher price bracket, they've given the previous generation Jetta and Golf a facelift and introduced them as a budget version to run alongside the new Jetta and Rabbit.

Don't mind that .. they've had a decade to work the bugs out

 

I love the little grin he makes to the camera when he first overtakes sabine.
