Nothing frustrates me more than when i'm going through a series of cluster headaches and someone says 'all that noise for a headache, what a wimp'

    My current top 3...
Kids on the bus behaving like there would be noone else.

People who act like they would be genetically superior because they can afford things like a car or a house.

Managers in companies that get a freaking bonus when the company is doing bad, seriously, nothing against rewarding success, but why the hell would anyone reward total failure and incompetence?

Legislative? No. Used to determine liability in the case of road accidents? Oh yes. All sections marked Should or Should Not are used to determine who has liability of traffic accidents.

well i agree with this in principle but what happens when one person goes alittle to fast. you have to make allowences and use comon sense. like you might be legally allowed to do it but that doesnt make it incredibily dangerous to do so

Gordon Brown saying hes going to take Sir Fred Goodwins pension away through legal means for incompetence (which cant be done), yet not mentioning the goverments own incompentence in monitoring the banks and signing off the document giving Sir Fred his pension.

Does this mean the head of the FSA, Bank of England, HM Treasury and the Prime Minister wont be getting theres? Oh thats right, the head of the treasury, who created the FSA, gave the powers to the Bank of England is now the PM.

Wish he'd just shut up about it *rant ended*

Vista Ultimate 64bit "features" and a certain kludgeyish program which I absolutely need.

Install 3dsmax9 or 2008, watch your control panel die. Those both break so much more in Vista that I'd rather not list them all. I've already found a workaround but still... System restore is out of the question because it breaks 3dsmax. :wallbash:

    Gah.

If you're going around a corner at 50mph and kill two people riding abreast (i.e. the same width as a car) then you shouldn't be driving.
Although it's inconsiderate to ride two abreast on busy roads (something I minimise) sometimes it's the only way.

I have always ALWAYS avoided riding abreast, simply because drivers do not give a ****. I've been knocked off, clipped with wing mirrors, forced into roadside foliage etc. whilst RIDING ON MY OWN! I'd much rather switch between front and rear every mile but even that can be a harrowing experience. I was almost hit by an 18 wheeler at 40-50mph, who clearly misjudged the length of his vehicle and the speed I was cycling while overtaking between me and oncoming traffic :wallbash:

Knowing you're on a daytime sleep pattern, having to be somewhere at a specific time (in the day), but by the time you know you should be going to sleep but cannot. Fast forward to an hour before you have to leave the house, Dear sweet [deity] you're bloody knackered. And then maybe.. fall asleep on the bus.

when is it the only way?

its the big difference in speed and the fact that if your a cyclist its curtains if a car hits you.
if theres a car parked on a blind corner you might hit it and youll both probably be alright and it can be sorted out by insurance later. and theyd probably be in the wrong for parking somewhere they shouldnt

by your logic it would be safe to walk down the centre of the road.

cyclists give out about people not having enough consideration for them on the road, riding two a breast isnt havin much consideration for all the cars on the road, which out number cyclists. or cyclists that refuse to cycle on hard sholders when they have the chance

    This!

    And I'll also add these:

    - you, your and you're
    - of / have ("Should of bought that bag of chips" instead of "should have bought that bag of chips")
    - failure to capitalize

max 2009 breaking to the point you have to format your computer to get vray working again, more talk of recession, governments allocating funds for apprenticeships to essentially employment agencies instead of giving money to employers to provide said apprenticeships, Ageism in the workplace, the apparent lack of foresight the general population has in terms of the current people in power ****ing the **** out of our economy by doing JACK, allowing foreign companies to own large public services in the UK with little or no consideration to the jobs being moved abroad, the total dependence on the banks to to obtain the money we all work so hard to repay the hideous mortgages they lent on funds which didn't exist (look into the American banking system, WHOA money invented out of thin air), the apparent lack of foresight in shopping in supermarkets, driving local people out of jobs and putting pressure on our local producers as our buying habits are shaped with idiot advertising suggesting particular products joe average is to stupid to resist while in tesco's.

All in all i am sick of playing the same game, work for a company, design a brilliant product, receive 16k a year while the company makes millions from your inspired work, then decides to pay its managers a horrible bonus for all the money its saved cutting development HURRDURR (FORD, GM, CHRYSLER, ANY MAJOR BLUE CHIP COMPANY IN THE ****) you need new products to survive otherwise you are basically screwed when i get made redundant i will set-up my own company and instead of paying 30% or whatever of the profits going to shareholders I'll use that money to develop new products and expand the business to incorporate local suppliers and manufacturers, so **** you globalisation.

i could do this for hours, its clensing. I am also running through patent applications, expect to see a NOU in your area soon!
