As a documentation project for work, I'll need to take screen shots from a BIOS and then a LiveCD type environment. What do you guys do for your Motherboard articles?

    Thanks

Turn flash off on camera, try and frame it as best as possible then shoot the monitor! :)

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm stuffed then, heh. My guys have a hard enough time looking at actual screenshots, a digi-still will only confuse them. Mayhaps some creative VM work? Not so much for the BIOS bits but the Live CD environment.

We take all of our BIOS shots with a dSLR+tripod in front of the screen. :)

I did this somehow way back in the days of 286, DOS3 and dot-matrix printers, method here may work
However, "If the BIOS supports a screen-print function, you're in luck. Otherwise, give up, it's not possible." Doesn't work for me, but then my printer's on a USB port.
