What do you want to see the BiT Team mod next?

This would be the best mod ever made:

build a computer into a recliner. Put everything you need in one comfortable chair.

You could have built in speakers in the head rest. Stick the power buttons and volume controls, usb ports, etc in the arm rest. Put the monitor on a suspending arm that moves to let you get in and out of the chair and suspends the monitor in front of you when sitting. You could have floppy and CD drives on the side, or maybe on the other arm rest.

If i had the money, I would do it! but i dont, so i cant...

Whatcha think of my idea though?

Only bakelite and paxolin plastics allowed. And a 6" brass handwheel on the baybus. :rofl:

so, about an other modding-idea, well, what do ya think of a cutom built case or something? it has been done before, but make an article about it!

 

Re Chieftec Dragon/Antec Performance:

AFAIK you can swap the side panels over. You lose the handle (fit thumbscrews) but gain a big blank canvas.

 

Probably a lame idea....but....

I would like to see a clear acryllic tube cut in half horizonatally. Then attached with hinges. The mobo could be recessed in the center of tube on some screws in premounted tabs located on the inner portion of the tube. The one end would contain nothing but a big fan and the other end would contain a blow hole. The cd rom and dvd players would have to be fixed underneath the mobo and have special cutouts for the slidein/out trays but with all these mod masters here..i think its possible..a little lame perhaps..lol..but possible. The tube would lay down long ways on a stand that had 2 half moon shaped arms that would hold it.

 

SV24

Why not mod a SV24 that would be a challange due to its size and you could really show skills if you could pull it off

 

the only problem with that is that it most likely uses ac lamps and not dc leds.....tried this on a radio shack soldering station

 

Logitech´s Cordless Desktop Optical

I would like to see you mod the Logitech Cordless Desktop Optical with glow wire. (Seince the plastic is somewhat transparant)

 

Maybe a new imac. That would be interesting since its so small already, and so cool looking.
