As per the other thread, I like sloths. I'm also extremely lazy. See also: -Fuzzysloth -Sleepysloth -Surprisingsloth -Serioussloth
I dance like a bear when under there influence of certain fluids. The 84 was cos dancingbear was taken so I had to add a number, that was somewhere else, email I think. And I like conformity so I use it for my online id.
Mine came from my nickname in school (gizmo), it changed to g1zm0 when i admined on an overclocking forum a number of years back, and when i came to play BF2 g1zm0 was taken so went with crazy_g1zm0. Been using that or crazyg1zm0 since then
Mine was after an tourist elephant I sponsored out in Thailand. Unfortunately whilst giving a couple of newly weds a ride around the park he tripped on a yam, broke his ankle and sent them flying. Dude costs me a fortune now.
Monitor brand was looking at when messing about on chat site, added 0011 as goldstar wasn't always available
On CPC I was SMIFFY but someone must already have already taken it for BT so I added DUDE. My surname is Smith, my school friends called me Smiffy. Dude is just a name I chose for Ultima Online to piss off the hardcore roleplayers I used to pester.
Mine is to do with a science fiction novel I'm writing. The 'suen' bit is part of a spaceship's name and the 'star' part of my name is basically because I'm hooked on science fiction and every story I work on is set in space (with the exception of one... so far).
So alot of you tend to use the same username for most sites? I think thats bad practice. i tend to use about 6 different usernames and always different passwords, also have 3 different emails When im looking for a username i start off by finding an avatar then creating a username around it, hence MonkeyBoss
My first impression of your post is that you're completely paranoid. Using different usernames... That's fine if you prefer anonymity or have something to hide, but if you're just talking about security then different usernames is pretty pointless, as long as you have secure passwords on your accounts and don't use weak passwords. Also, "a lot" is two words. I don't know how many times I've said this now, but it hasn't changed. Still two words.
You've said it alot.. Sorry, couldn't resist My name? I have no idea, I ate a lot of them when I was younger, and I guess the nickname just formed from that.
As the saying goes, better safe than sorry, The way i see it is that if one of my accounts online somehow got compromised then there would be no connections/similarities with my other accounts for them to also get used. I got a bad habit of typing "alot", it's just something I've done since I was younger.
Well my name is Dominic, and I have chosen to use Mr Dom Rocks for a long time now. Simply as I am a Mister the shortened version of my name is Dom and I Rock. Simples it's pretty much the same username I use everywhere.
