    Given any game, what genre would you most prefer to play? Personally I'm an FPS nut but I will stray outside to play stuff like Civilization 4 and the odd racing game now and then.

    I like playing RTS games (especially CnC3 ATM), but I keep coming back to CS:S. Therefore, I had to vote for FPS.

    i prefer FPS or Space Combat Sim but it has to have a good story line

    Fps for me, but i do play some others such as Max Payne, and age of empires also some platform games for my psp and stuff.

    I'll say FPS but couldn't live on it all the time. Needs my RTS and RPG fix occassionally.

    RTS. Can't get enough of them. Though a good RPG every now and again also does the trick nicely.

    I put RPG because my favourite games of all time have all been RPG (morrowind, oblivion, deus ex). But I don't like most RPG's that are out, and the games I play most are FPS and RTS.

    I was an FPS nut, but I have to say I've turned into a reformed RTS nut (it was the first type of game I played across the internet back in 1996!) in the last twelve months.

    RPGs entertain me more (Morrowind, Gothic, etc.) but I can spend hours on end in de_dust2. It's hard to choose really :eek:

    Thats a cruel question.. It is like when someone asks: "Do u prefer redheads, brunnetes or blondes?" And i always answer "I prefer the one that is nearest"!
