RPG's and MMORPS are my number one favourites, but I really enjoy online games with the same idea as SOCOM for example And an ocassional Beat-em-up (offline or online) is définately good for stressreleave
I voted strategy as I do a bit of Turn-based now and again, But actually most of what I've played in the last few years has been the rather neglected space-sim genre (in my case X2, X3).
FPS definately. Many days and nights spent playing Counterstrike (1.3 - Source!) - Ahh I love the Half-Life Series.
Aye Space sims need a bit of life injected into them. An update of Freespace 2 or starlancer would be just the tonic right now.
Definately FPS, I'm a real sucker for them and looking at the poll, I'm far from being alone. I cannot wait for Crysis, it looks amazing. Seems to have come a long way from the hazy days of wolfenstein 3d and doom huh?
bit of a hard poll to comment on I really like RTS, like red alert 2, etc I really like FPS, but at the moment there aren't any interesting ones out that i haven't played for far too long So at the moment I'm playing WoW, so i voted MMO, hopefully when bioshock comes out though, that should be fun personally, it would be easier to vote for the game genre i dislike the most
Hmmz, hard to say.. I like and play FPS, RTS, racing, and sandbox games.. But since I spent most time playing FPS I think I voted FPS.. I miss sports games btw, or does that go under simulation?
Same with me. I love the good old rpg games too like Wolfenstein. But atm I am pretty much into the online game warofdragons. Its not a easy game which you are thru within 50 hour and its free without any installation due to its a browser game. U got two races you can PvP with and lots of stuff to PvE. Just the way I like it. RPG Cheesecake!
I enjoy a good game which takes over your life, customisation, Has to have great history behind it, or a few books, Great Team Play,
I go for RPG's but it's a strange choice because there are none for me to play. I can't even remember the last RPG that I played and enjoyed. Dragon Age was ok I suppose, but I was expecting more. I didn't like Oblivion or Gothic 3 very much, so there's not much for me. I am waiting patiently for Two Worlds 2 which is the highlight of my gaming year. In the meantime I play MMORPG's which are about as close as it gets.
RPG's for me. Although MMO's have taken up the most time in my life going by time played. I also like FPS but only when playing with friends online.
