Acrim's busy getting on with his life. And enjoying it immensely. :)

As for Nexxo: I can't imagine he'd be leaving us, he's not mentioned it to the rest of us. :)

Thats another thing i would like to add, there's quite afew of us who don;t contribute as much as we want to simply because real life has gotten in the way and is far more important.

RL... 'tis real bugger... I used to be here every day and now... work, more work, even more work... friends, band... what ever... not enough time to spend here ^^ But to know what ever happend to Relix would be quite interesting... since he undoubtably had a major impact on these forums ^^

There is still plenty of interesting modding going on in the project logs, but i'm betting less people hang out there. Personally i've a bad habit of ignoring it unless i've got a log in progress, in my defence i browse mostly from work and work block the photo hosting most people use these days so i can't see anything. Point is you can't complain there is no modding going on and not bother to browse the modding and project log forums.

I don't, but thanks. I get my news from Pistonheads of all places! I've resorted to another web forum, a non-techie one, for all my news and comments about said stories. I also run a web forum (car-related) which has been going for 6 years, and we've never been busier than at the moment. To say that people just don't visit sites any more is just blind.

All forums change over time, even the very best forums can't maintain their user-base forever: people move on and the readership changes. Bit could have changed nothing and it still wouldn't be the same as it was. That's just how life works. Have faith, Bit really aren't blind to what their users say, you should have seen how bothered Joe was about the negative responce to his Stalker review, and that was from one mindless fanboy!

Complaints like this come in cycles and the response should always be: If you don't like the way the forum is going then you have three choices:

Work to change it to how you want it, because you like it and care about it.
Bear with it because you can't be bothered to work at it or because you don't care that much (in which case, do so quietly)
    or GTFO.

Uni is starting up across the UK so for a month or so most member will be packing up and moving, to be greeted by freshers week. All should be normal in October...

I get to enjoy the fact that i work from home, so i can flick onto bit-tech anytime of the day to feed my addiction, if there is a record of how many hours i am on bit-tech i must be close to a mod!

Very true - it's fresher's week at most uni's now, and I'm sure there's more than a few students on these boards with IC troubles. :(

I agree with all of you people.

Me my self I wanted to join the beta forums to help make BT better, because I like it and care about it. But I didn't get any response from any one. it's like that I didn't even send an message. Whatever.

I love BT but it feels that it's dead now. and I didn't know that Nexxon left. but that is a BIG lose if he left. Also Scan computers gone. etc. all show that BT is going down sooner or later.

I can't find really interesting new mods any more to learn from. Only Bill mods are over kill and the new dragon guy. others are old good mods. but the new mods, Can't teach me any thing.

I hope this changes soon, Because if it stay like this I will be sad :( I want BT like old times when people kept advising me and help me and made me better person. but now no one care about any thing.

Maybe we should just use your strategy as indicated in your sig, CK. Ignore the haters until they fade away.

    Whatever.

Btw Joe. That strategy from a song.... " Rihanna - Live your life "

    EDIT :

buddy that is my point of view. That what I feel. And I know that you people understand the points of view. so I said what I feel. I don't mean that BT suck. its just don't feel the same any more.

It seems like rumour that nexxo has left, but i have seen no evidence of this, i have only just realised that the scan thread has gone, but i have never used it. Dose this mean bit-tech members no longer get free delivery from Scan?

Its just a bad month for bit-tech because of uni, project logs will start to slow a little as autumn is here and weather can cause mods to go slow.

CK your just expecting to much all year long.
