well you can't get any heatshink that will fit everything...

keep in mind that heatshrink shrink 2 times the original size.... for my comp, I used 4 different sizes so... (3/32, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2)

honestly, for the price, why giving you headaches when you can buy 3-4 different sizes? it's very cheap and very useful;)

you can't use 1/4 to covers solders on 24 guage wires since you need something like 3/32...

I strongly suggest you to buy a couple of sizes....

u can actually get h/s that shrinks either at the ratio of 2 to 1 or at 3 to 1 but neither will be any good to you if you can't get it over th stuff you intend to cover
p.s. you can also get h/s braid

hrmm hs braid? got a linkie? sounds intresting..

i agree with tribal, just pick yourself up an assortment, i have everything from the smallest stuff (that barely will fit over the leg of a led) all the way up to a big 1" diameter chunk.. and i use it all at one time or another..
