I've got a TI4200 that is getting a bit too hot for my liking, and as such I'm looking for a new heatsink for it. I'd like one that isn't terribly noisy, but I am going to be OC'ing it, so performance is a concern. I was looking into those passive Zalmans with a 9.2 cm fan on it, but that looks a bit heavy, and I'd also like to add ramsinks, which wouldn't be an option with the Zalman. Any suggestions?

You could try the Thermaltake Geforce 4 copper cooler, it's only £10.28 from The Overclocking Store and comes with ramsinks and thermal paste. I have one on my Geforce4, it's not very quiet at 12v but ok at 7v and it still keeps the GPU cooler than the stock heatsink did at 12v
