the word of the day is cheap.... all the fans will be plugged into some rheoystat-PCB goodness.... so if too loud i can just half running speed (), these will also be powered off 2nd PSU, mmmmmmmmmmm
w00t w00t, its been dispatched .... it'll be here 2moz -- i have a rugby tournament tho , hope i dont get too hurt -- hehe
overclockers.co.uk when theoverclockingstore is compared, wow -- there's a lotta difference in fan price! happy modding
Man your computer is going to be really loud with all those fans in it. What are you going to do with all those fans?
2 120mm's on side panel, and one 120mm on blow hole (dremelage), one 80mm intake @ front and 1 80mm blowing @ back (maybe dremelage), i wanna do a window after that (well after my fanbus), and maybe put a VFD in the window (nice, eh?) i have two 60mm's spare from my old case, anyone with any ideas for internal air flow plz tell me (its all in my 802) oh and 60mm on GlobalWIN FOP-38 (cya black delta!)
im gonna cut holes on wednesday, ill post pics as to how i get on (hopefully good, just take my time )
i was thinking about how much airflow you'd actually need to get ur pc off the ground, man that would be a site -- levitating @ LAN parties (deafening, but worth it) -- hmmmmmmmmm
in the words of homer: mmmm sweeet candy case is alright (sis's PC has one)- u should of got a dragon tho
i intend to cut sh!t out of it by the end, so it won't really look like an 802 (maybe ).. i wanted a standard sort of tower, that had a good build quality -- mmmmmmm features
Someone on the OcUK forums actually tried to work it out, and it is not possible . To lift 15 kilos, say thats the average weight of a case, then you'd need upwards of 800 80mm YsTech fans, but considering the fans cannot even lift their own weight, u would need to factor the weight of the fans in.....conclusion = impossible! However a MAGLEV system could be doable if you shielded the case properly
yeh build quality seems r0ck solid... tho i don't like the front bezel if its gonna be mauled (modded ) then thats ok ... they look nicer black btw
do those new super load 3A 120mm ystechs (i think) lift their own weight..? BTW if they don't lift they're own they'll never lift a case as well maglev would be funny... but mental
what about industrial? lol... hover craft style? or if you shield case properly, some really big contained magnets (unless already mentioned, and i didnt get it)
