Was my mates 20th Birthday night out last night, theme was what we wanted to be when we were older. A few of us were going to go in Morphsuits claiming we wanted to be JellyBeans. That failed, so me and a mate went as super hero's. Myself Wolverine, him, Spiderman. Anyway, below are the stats of what happened to me, he had a similar experience. Ass slapped: 18 time, Ass pinched: 12 times, Face slapped: 6 times, Punched: once. And not once did I retaliate. Surprisingly. I just don't get why people need to try and start a fight with people in fancy dress. "Oh, I'm sorry I'm not some **** ugly ogre that's trying to grab the nearest bit of ***** I can find. I'd just rather have a good time. Sorry that's too much for you." Utter bellends. Meh, enjoy your Friday morning rant.
The ass slapping may just have been some good light hearted fun, but the last time anyone punched me on a night out was when I was 19, and they got a black eye and a concussion. I don't mix well with drunk people who can't be civil
Ah yeah, see I'm trying not to retaliate at all.. I'm not well built, but there's a lot of power and a lot of rage I can release. And I don't mix well with drunk people at all
The punching and face slapping would piss me off quite a bit and I've been known to kick off in the past but the arse grabbing/slapping happens a surprisingly large amount when I go out. Unfortunately it's mostly blokes that do it
I had my ass pinched at a hockey game a few weeks ago, whilst I was recording an interview with a camera on my shoulder. Some drunk Scottish girl... We were playing braehead
Not sure if gay... or trolling Neh, Mars don't worry about it... people always try to ruin the fun of others, you're a student so don't care to much.
Some people like to make people look like fools and they saw you were having a good time and felt the need to ruin it Similiar thing happened to me.... me and a few mates went out and when we got to the pub later in the night a few chavs thought it would be funny to try fight us... i tend to ignore confrontation as much as possible but ignoring them we carried on into the pub. 4 hours later we're all pretty drunk and feel like spartan warriors... (you know the feeling) so we're making are way to the next place and see the same guys again they try it on again at this point one of them just randomly starts pushing and shoving the smallest guy of the group (ofcourse picking on who they thought they could beat) The night did'nt end well both partys bruised and beaten few bloody noses and split lips but they think nothing of that... they'll probebly go home and come on next week doing the similiar thing... i got a few good hits in Theres people in my town who wait outside the clubs 3am and beat up drunk people.. pretty sad right? Moral of the story: However loud a friend shouts "This is sparta!!" in a drunken slurr its not going to help the situation...
Not gay or trolling, just stating fact. I seem to attract arse grabbing men lol. I just get on with it now, if it makes them happy then go ahead, just don't expect me to do the same back!
Too much information. Isn't it just the costume? Tobey maguire got his ass pinched on the set of Spiderman it's not like you got butt raped which in those costumes and in certain areas I could see happening. "I think I need to call it a night" "why?" "I could have swore I just saw Spiderman and Wolverine being raped in that alley!"
Next year should be fun. "Did you just pinch the backside of The Emperor's Finest?" *Boltgun to head*
Talking about fights, at the start of the night, 2 guys got into a fight on the dance floor. Spiderman and myself jumped into the middle of it and broke them up. Could not have planned it better tbh.
Last time I went out in fancy dress (last year as Father Christmas) I ended up upside down in a hedge. - Fun times
I don't really enjoy going out anymore either - not like that anyway, to clubs etc. I've completely grown out of that scene and would much rather go out to dinner or the cinema with a few mates, or a good gig in a live bar. The whole clubbing thing is very "I'm 18-21, I'm at uni and I'm going to enjoy it whilst I'm here" and I totally get that, but I think once "life gets serious" around 21-22 you really start to grow out of it. The housemates and neighbours that I had through 1st and part of 2nd year at uni were heavy clubbers, so I was part of it too for a while, but it gets boring and annoying when people start fights and arguments etc. A fun, chilled, civil night out with good friends is much more my thing now
I'm 21, and I was bored of clubs 2 years ago. They just aren't for me, it's not often I have a good time at them, I'm only there due to friends going.
Yep, totally - I'm a cinema/dinner kinda person, but I do want to get back into gigging a bit. It's a long time since I last went out to a gig.
