    Just to confirm Russ's point, the words you didn't underline in red are Tech Support. In that thread, you'll notice someone actually complaining about non-diagnostic software being mentioned. :rolleyes:

    I don't use emoticons much but I think it's necessary here.

    Touché, to an extent, but a little bit of searching reveals several threads along the same lines of 'what am bestest software?'...

    Perhaps a new sticky for the software section is in order ( best free / commercial software )?
