What is the best RSS feed aggregator?

    As above, may I know what is the best RSS feed aggregator? Best as in user friendly and feature rich friendly.

    Well I don't see how you can have features on RSS, either pick to show the page or not or summary only. And when you want the program to refresh.
    Anyway,

    I use Mozilla Thunderbird, as I also use it to get my e-mail. If you don't use the e-mail functionality, I think you can find lighter programs to get your RSS feed out there.
