What Is The Bst Bios For Abit Nf7 Mobo?, i need it for OC

    i have ABIT NF7 MOBO with its original bios. i tried to do OC to my AMD AXP 2500 CPU, but the resultes wasn't very good so i want to change the bios to a better one. so i have some (nooby) questions:
    1) what is the best bios for this MOBO that will help me in OC?
    2) how can i install the bios?
    3) if i will install the bios u will give me a link to, will i be able to change it in the futur to another bios or i will be stuck with it for good???
    4) can i .* up my MOBO by installing incorectlly?

    generally the newest bios are best ,
    go the the manufacters site and download the latest,then send the file to a flopy(make sure its working properly beacuse your mobo will be dead if you screw this up)and then load into bios click the apropriate button and fallow the directions.


    some mobos allows you to flash the bios from windows dunno if yours does

    Download Abits Flashmenu software and you can do it in windows :)
