    does anybody know the highest.
    on air.
    overclock of an atom processor?

    i am currently using a Vaio P.
    has a Z520 1.33Ghz 533Mhz bus Atom.

i currently have it stable at
    1.80GHz 720MHz bus.
    definitely not record breaking.
but definitely improves the use of Vista.

and accomplished with no additional cooling.
    just stock passive cooling here.

just wondering if others have attempted such 'nonsense'.

I remember a video of someone putting an MSI wind under LN2... I am not sure what speeds they got, but it was silliness.

I don't think there would be any real point though.

I have heard reports of people getting over 2GHz. As stated above though, I don't think they'll be much advantage to doing this.

To get the biggest speed boost I'd suggest dumping Vista in favour of Windows 7 or XP :)
