Is that artist or song name?

I have searched a bit on youtube, but can't find it. (I did find quite a bit of awesome music, though. :) )

I don't have audio on this rig, but I'm betting it's a 'jumpback' - Part of a royalty-free stock video/image/audio collection. The History channel loves them, and I've heard a lot of stuff on their documentaries that came from the collections.

I have gotten a step closer in the hunt.

Apparently the song is called "Director's Cuts - Volume 38 - Action 4 - Seventh Hell"

I have tried searching for it, but so far no success. Does anybody know where to get this song? I would prefer it in FLAC, but at this point anything in good quality will do.
