    says on tube: CoolerMaster High Performance Thermal Compound. Not best of them, but gets job done :)

    I use that stuff too. Although lately I've been getting lazy and buying the boxed processors with the paste already on the heatsink...

    Artic Silver 3, but just because I still have a tube of it here. Probably be switching to AS5 once I need some more.

    I also use AS3 right now since it's what I happen to have around. Been thinking about trying some of that Shin Etsu though.

    I use AS3 still too as I still have half a tube lying around. Will 'upgrade' when it runs out.

    Cooler Master Premium Thermal Compound :rock: Personally I had better results with it than with Arctic Silver.

    I used the paste that came with my Aero 7+, which is presumably coolermaster? :lol:

    antec referance. -5c cooler than i get with as3. and a little bit thinner, might account for the better temps.
    i think AS3 is just a little too thick, i cant get it to spread properly i think.

    the effect is a lot more noticeable with my 2400+ than it was with my 1800+ .. but the 2400+ runs hotter both at idle with cpuidle pro and full load playing games.

    AS3, its what i have. Will upgrade to AS5 when this tube is finished.

    AFAIK there is no AS4. they made like winamp and went right to 5 (2+3=5).

    incorect. version 4 does not exist due to it being it is bad luck in china/japan(cant remember what 1) thus a big part of the market share will nto buy it cos of it being bad luck
