My iRiver H320 died a while back and so I'm looking for a new MP3 player. I did just buy an iRiver H340 off ebay (since they don't make them anymore) but it was a bit screwed so it had to go back unfortunately. I need a player to fit the following criteria:

    • At the very least 10gb (pref. 20 or 40)
    • NOT windows specific (I use linux so something that shows up as a normal HDD would be ideal)
    • Ability to play ogg files (this would really make my life easier, although if not I guess it's bearable)

Things I don't care about include remote controls, video playback, ipods, etc.

    Ta!

Here is a list of players that support .ogg.

    I has one of These.

it supports ogg/flac, but only has 4gb.

the Iaudio x5 has 20gb. but it's hdd based. which isn't for me.

We used to have a big list of players here on the fourms but I dont know where its gone.
My mistake, found it. It could prove useful although its a bit out of date (2 years).
