Welp, I have to get my wisdom teeth taken out in January, and I'm not looking forward to it. I will be awake for the operation, but will have anesthesia, and Nitrous Oxide. I've had Nitrous Oxide before, but don't really remember much of the experience. Anyway Im going to see if I can bring my mp3 player and listen to music during the operation.

My question for you is what music should I listen to? I want something trippy but something that wont freak me out.

    Any suggestions?
Pink Floyed was the first thing that came to my mind...

Floyd for sure, the Wall is the best imo. Make sure you don't drule all over your mp3 player though. When my wife had hers taken out she was a messy zombie for a few hours.
Druled all over everything. I felt sorry for her then but it's pretty funny to me now.

I'd go for some Postal Service, Buckethead (Colma), Sushi Club, Telefon Tel Aviv, Sigur Ros, Susumu Yokota, State River Widening or Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works. Prawnage.

    RAMMSTEIN!!!!!1111 HAHAHAHAHAHA (evil laugh)
but honestly if i were to get operated wille i was awake i would listen to some.......good question......hum.....house music, some soft rock like the doors and nirvana, some classic music.

of corse this depends on your tastes, take your favorite tunes along and put the mp3 player in a transperent plastic bag so it does not get fubar because of the drule. LOL

Nitrous Oxide? NOS? steal the bottle and use it on your car. LOL
THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS TEETH, you will have the fastest teeth in the hood :D.

rammstein or dream theater, floyd would be sweet too. I always like to listen to my mp3 player at the dentists, helps drown out that drilling sound. Nos is fun stuff, works great.

How about some of the "trippy/stoner" Queens Of The Stone Age stuff. eg. A Song For The Deaf, "You Got A Killer Scene There Man", Autopilot, Better Living Through Chemistry etc.
