No difference really. Companies will charge varying amount for the brand name, and other times because they overclock the card slightly.

You don't really need 8GB of RAM. 4GB is fine. Bit-tech did an article recently that showed that 8GB can actually decrease performance in some instances. Also, replace the Q9550 with the Q6600. It really isn't worth almost double the price. Other than that, looks good.
