In the office: Adidas skate shoes (can't remember the name)
In production: Timberland leather steel toe boots with low heels
On the golf course: Adidas brown golf shoes
Special occasions: ??? brand square toed in black leather

and a couple of old pairs of Adidas superstars for doing yard work, car washing....

liratheal, there's nothing girly about any of them really. Yes they're not everyday designers you associate with mens footwear, but for the record my Guccis are the most comfortable pair of formal shoes I own. I tried on a pair of Prada loafers in Dublin at Christmas and was tempted to buy them, but I'd spent enough on presents in Brown Thomas that day to do me until the following christmas

I just realised... wtf would I wear on a beach?
Luckily I'm not the type to take the girlfriend out to a spontaneous, romantic trip to the Mediterranean (which isn't that far from where we live). Why the hell does she stay with me, with all those (literally) stinking boots as well!?

I took a look at them last night and realized that Teva does a particularly bad job of labeling their shoes. As in, they may as well not. The only identifying information I could find was a S/N stitched into the strap, which would have been great except for the fact that 5's look like 6's and the first 3 digits are one or the other. I'm fairly certain that the first one is a 5, so here are the options for valid serial numbers:

5652
5562
5662

I will also point you to the very last question on Teva's FAQ page that states:
