Well, seen the poll on mp3 players, but what kinds of musics do you listen to ? ^^

Personnaly, I like everything like metal ... black metal, death metal, trash metal, epic metal, heavy metal, power metal, and so on ...

for example ... aqme, nirvana, hammerfall, grave digger, cradle of filth, children of bodom, slayer, pantera, deftones, iron maiden, metallica, in flames (oh, so sweet ^^), nightwish, sonata arctica, blind guardian ... and quite alot I forgot ^^

nightwish, metallica, and mostly all the rest of the stuff is from anime osts which you will have never heard of such as noir, initial-d, bubblegum crisis, ghost in the shell-sac, cowboy bebop. This ranges from classical-jazz-rock.

First off, Nirvana does not fall into any Metal category. Sorry. (not to be snappy)
Second, I listen to just about everything. From jazz, classical, swing, and oldies, to metal, techno, rap, rock, alternative. Even some Country western on occasion (read: drunk)

I like things you don't, genres you don't. I am the most elitist and eclectic mofo ever.

All I tend to listen to regularly is:

    The hives
Mr Bungle (will rock your socks... right off)
    Foo
    Older rage
    Hole
    Cardigans
Murderdolls (nu metal yes, ****... not as much as you'd think)
    Queens of the stone age
    Cake
OK Go (to a lesser extent)
    Muse
3 Doors down (now and again)
    Goo Goo Dolls
    Cranberries

I tend to keep, hives, bungle, cake, googoo and muse on a more regular thing but i usually tend to listen to one song or 5 at most for a couple of months...

Been listening to Cranberries - Zombie for like god knows how long.... and Bungle - egg before that...

I seriously have the most boring play list ever but I like the music... although people around me get pissed when they hear the same song for the 4 billionth time...

No one listens to Pink Floyd anymore :sigh:

    Hello?
    Is there anybody in there?
Just nod if you can hear me.
    Is there anyone home?

    Come on, now.
    I hear you're feeling down.
Well I can ease your pain,
Get you on your feet again.

    Relax.
    I need some information first.
    Just the basic facts,
Can you show me where it hurts?

There is no pain, you are receding.
A distant ship's smoke on the horizon.

You are only coming through in waves.
Your lips move but I can't hear what you're sayin'.

    When I was a child I had a fever.
My hands felt just like two balloons.

Now I got that feeling once again.
I can't explain, you would not understand.
This is not how I am.

    I have become comfortably numb.

No, I'm not THAT out of touch. In fact, I may be going to Staind and Sevendust on the 30th with my cousins if they're up for it.

I listen to Pink Floyd on occation (Wish You Were Here was their best song).

I mainly listen to Alt. Rock (The Music, The Vines, Jet, Foo Fighters, The White Stripes, etc), but sometimes I listen to Metal, Techno (although only a select few songs) and Dance (once again a select few songs). I really can't stand the typical Top 40 rubish (occationally you'll see a good song there though).
