    there was a looooooong thread at MadOnion about this (I don't think it is accessable anymore). Basically, OCZ claims to be a ram manufacturer and they portrayed on their website that they have a large/modern manufacturing facility. In actuality, it is a small shop in Illinios. The same people have had several store fronts and it has the appearance that when each one gets a bad rep, they change the name of it. They also have hardware review sites that appear to be objective but are owned by these guys. After reading all the info my personal conclusion is that they sell ram that they tout as top notch but isn't and they have a rep for bad customer service. Another buyer beware situations.
