Other What to do in Liverpool...

So I am going away to Liverpool next weekend and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what to see/do while im there?

Had a look around and decided to go to the tate Liverpool, the beatles story and Liverpool ONE.

Any Suggestions appreciated.

Liverpool One is pretty crappy. In fact Liverpool isn't a great place for shopping imo, Chester (A train ride away) is so much better. Also more history in Chester. Only fun thing to do in Liverpool is laugh at the scousers.

 

Pick up the language.

 

Partake in the local tradition of mugging tourists...

 

lol they should make a movie where the tourist mugs the locals.. call it arizona

 

If you skate or blade go to rampworks thats all i can think of tbh

 

Buy a train ticket out of there.

 

Albert Dock - Loads of nice places to eat there, and there's also the Tate Modern.

You've already found those though.

It depends what you like to do.


Catch a show at the Everyman or Playhouse.

(shrug).

To be honest, only the centre of town is any good... wonder more than a mile in any direction and it's a ****hole.

 

Do as locals do, steal stuff.

The centre of Liverpool is crap man. You just want to kill yourself when you get in there it's so depressing.

 

Given the reputation of scousers and wheel theft I'd say they'd be gone before he's applied the handbrake and killed the ignition..

 

go look at all the freaky statues on the beach when the tide goes out.
