    Siemens A50 (slow)
Siemens AX72 (even slower but in colour)
Samsung J600 (the screen met its demise in my pocket somehow)
LG KF600 (shiny with two screens)
Nokia 5800 (a bit crap, but awesome speakers)
HTC Desire (lovely, but a bit glitchy)
Nokia N8 (gorgeous hardware and now a not so bad OS, Symbian Belle isn't half bad)

I'm still considering the 64GB version. Any reason I shouldn't just buy one?

Some of the software requires Development mode/CLI and can only be downloaded from third party repositories (or forums), some of it does not have GUI (openvpn). Games catalog is quite poor, although there is NES/SNES/GBA/PSX emulator. It has no physical keyboard (this will be my first and last touch only device).

If any of that concerns you - you probably should not buy it.

Funny incident - one time then it fell down the screen popped out .

    Sony J6

Was pretty darned sleek for the time, only ruined by the antenna really. I am still in love with the 'jog wheel' though, basically you had a wheel on the side so you could thumb through menus with a scroll and click. Haven't found a nicer way to use a phone yet. I really hope they implement it again now they're no longer Sony-Ericsson.

Also this. With a glow-in-the-dark front fascia on it.

Then one or more of the bomb-proof Nokias, followed by -

Nokia somethingorother - (the one where you could create your own inserts for the clear covers)
Sony Ericsson K750i - great camera, bid good riddance to stand-alone MP3 players
Sony Ericsson P10i - touchscreen and buttons. What more could you want?
HTC/Google G1 - could have done with a headphone port, really.
HTC Desire - a little temperamental, but great when it didn't hit a boot-loop...
HTC Sensation - where's my scroll ball/pad? and Y U NO put the USB socket at the bottom, HTC? (I'm a lefty...). That said, I do like it. Really.

My first mobile phone was work supplied, a Nokia 5110. I quickly swapped the sim into a 7110, followed by 6310i. I also used one of these for a while, SonyEriccson R380:

First phone I had was an analogue nokia 909.

I used to do the final input for the number before them being sent out to phone shops many years ago when working at a distribution centre.

I ended up buying about 50 cheap from work to sell on before they stopped me buying them saying I was abusing employee benefits.

I also remember the first panasonic g450s that we received into the warehouse ready for pay as you go. There was 8 of them with the same number and sim code!

First cellphone: Nokia 1610. And no, I do not miss it. In the right hands it could double as a lethal weapon.

    Best phone ever.
Incredible build quality, insanely good buttons and an insane smell of new-hardware (I swear, it still smelled brand new even 3 years later)

also my grandma still uses her Nokia 3310
