The other day i was drinking a beer with my old friend whitey and we started talking about things we're tired of seeing and would like to see less of in the new year. These were things that are basically being forced on us that we don't have much control over. We asked about 10--14 people the same question , all of different ages and gender and got some really surprising answers . Most of the older guys said "girls with big bellys with belly button rings with a short shirt on " and the younger girls said "people driving and talking on their phone" That one threw me for a loop. Mine personally is Reality tv shows, they're everywhere. So i thought i would ask some people here to find out what you would like less of in 05
<Geek>Fewer technology paper launches</geek> Less war, more peace, obviously. Im tired of all the war and death and destruction I want to see fewer international tragedies as well. Has anyone noticed that each year seems to be getting suckier and suckier in the world?
It just seems that way. As time goes by we forget things, and the only thing on our mind is the current. (except major things such as 9/11, etc)
It would be nice if everyone drank a bit less in 2005, tbh. EDIT: And if the couod cut Eastenders off the TV, that would be nice too. Lowest Common Denominator TV.
Less tax, less of Tony Blair, less of the Government. Less of Rip-Off Britain, Less War, Less Terrorists, Less of all the bad things.
smoking in pubs 9/11 god damnit, its a mear few thousand people. get over it. (bloody yanks funded IRA which did more over a longer time period) media trying to be so damn melodramatic. (Ch4 news is the only good one left now in the uk) people moping about fox hunting, as if its important 50 foxes been battered a week, more children in this country get abused than foxes. Dixons group selling scart leads for £40.
