Everything was working fine yesterday but today everything is just messing up on me, I can't get through anything without getting the blue screen or and error of some sort. Could it be my overclock? here are my specs

    Q6600@ 3.6GHz
    ASUS Rampage Formula (0803)

Or could it be my voltages are too high? Compared to yours or your knowledge how are these?

Mmm... yeah, OC is the first place I'd look. If I were you, I'd try dialing it down to 3.4GHz or maybe 3.2, see if that makes the difference.

What are your cpu core temps?

    My CPU core temps are, 38 - 36 - 30 - 30 on IDLE and 79 -79- 75 -75 on load.

Is it possible to undo a BIOS update? like Windows is to system restore.

I just realized that It could be because of me updating my BIOS from 0701 to the latest 0803?

Erm, wow, nearly 80? That's WAY too high, refit your cooler and try again. 65 or so is about the highest that you want to go. If that doesn't work, then look at oher options (BIOS, overclock, drivers/conflicts.

Wow, what heatsink are you using, Stock? You definitely need to reduce your temps. Your cpu won't last long with continued exposure to that much heat.

Yes, just flash it with the 0701 bios file.

80°C on 100% load isn't really THAT bad. But either you have a bad cooler or way too high voltage. :)

I dunno I think 80*C is pretty good for a max temp on IntelBurnTest, I don't use Prime95 (I get a max temp of 65*C on Prime) only because I think it doesn't bring the hardest and baddest test to your processor.

I just flashed my BIOS back to 0701 and I think this fixed the blue screen, also I upped the VCore to 1.50683 and my CPU temps went down by 2-4*C  I thought higher voltages = higher temps? my room temps is pretty much the same as always at 20-25*C.

Did you update your bios with an overclock in place? :duh:

Seriously hitting 80 degrees C flat out is a bad thing! Dial it back to 3.4Ghz and i bet you wont notice the difference.
