My wallet usually has my student card, money (currently £2, with £1.33 in the bank. Oh yes!), debit card, blood donor card, DST and DST tech (Durham student theatre) cards, driving licence, sometimes my Swisscard. it can get too fat to fit comfortably in my pocket so I often switch a few basics into some form of small plastic wallet - this has been my railcard holder and a different plastic card holder thing. The railcard holder is superior as I don't have to use tape to hold the money in!

Are you suggesting someone on these forums wouldn't get lucky every day? Yeah I've heard that, but then again, where else would I (or anyone else) carry it? I guess it's better to use or change it every now and then... Just in case. Which brings us to the new tactic I'm about to try next weekend "Excuse me, darling, but I've already had this rubber in my wallet for three days, and it would be a shame if it deteriorated. "
