FFS. So last night I switched back to my Blackberry Passport so I could wipe the Oppo Android phone. All went well, then I tried to run some apps. Firstly Skype kept telling me the date was wrong. Checked it, auto, perfect.. Then Trillian tells me the same. Then I tried to load BBM and it said "Switch info from other phone" so I said yes. It came up with some sort of error. Thinking that the update to 10.3.3 may have borked my settings I wiped it and tried again. BBM still saying the same so I did some Googling and it seems that when Blackberry split off BBM to another company (the same one, just a part of their new division) they stopped allowing people to hop back and forth. So basically if you switched to the Android version of BBM and stayed there for a while you can't take your Blackberry ID back to a Blackberry on Blackberry OS. You have to go and sign up for a new one, with RIM. What a PITA !

I did manage to "fix" the other apps. When I went in search of them Skype gave this long winded thing about "We no longer support OS 10" etc etc then I remembered I could side load the apps, so downloaded the latest APKs and sorted. But yeah, highly annoyed about the bloody Blackberry ID.

People not paying invoices, leaving me skint more or less until 2018 and from experience I'll be lucky to get any of them to pay up now this side of February...

Bank cards been blocked due to suspicious transaction which is cool bank being good picking up the fact I didn't spank 600 in JD sports 200 in Scotts then order a pizza from Dominos.
Downside is now I cant do any online shopping an was helpfully told I can go into my local branch to get cash. My local branch is closed for a refurb so to get cash out I have an hours drive each way. Yay!

 

came home from carpet shopping to discover a statue i'd had for over 10 years had tipped over and broken, i think i can fix it and hide the damage but ive no super glue in the house

 

Can some one please explain to me what a financial order is in a divorce? it seems my ex has applied for one, but there is no information online at all as to what the f**k it is.

Isn't it basically the process of determining who gets what? Usually, both parties will (separately) send a summary/inventory of what they put into the relationship, what they have in assets and savings, then the court decides how it all gets split.

At least, that's what I remember from my grandfather-in-law's many stories from his time as a solicitor!

 

But we'd done all of that. Everything has already been separated and split and she took what she wanted etc etc. Have phoned CAB but they said I will probably need to go down there. However he said he would call back within 15 mins..... So no idea. I should have stuck to my guns and never married her.
