Autumn holidays and here I am writing an english essay, next thing on my to-do list is a science assignment and after that (hey-ho) a french essay.

And I do this voluntarily just because I am bored.

****ING e-banking requiring, firstly, that I use IE8 which I absolutely hate doing, secondly, demand that I have have flash installed when using IE8, but whenever I try to install flash it won't work. As a result I cannot check my e-bank on my laptop. ****ING HELL.

Anyone have any perfect ideas to why flash won't work on W7 Ultimate x64 in IE8?

Hitting some doddering old **** at a junction yesterday! Basically he was at the junction and i was behind both turning left, he pulled away so i edged forward had a quick glance to my right and BANG! he'd stopped half on the main road and i just rolled into him.

No damage at all to my car but broke a support bracket on his rear bumper and the a small dent on the boot surround so ive got a bill of around £400 to pay now. Oh well **** happens!

Having to move out of my awesome apartment at the end of January as my flatmate can't sign the lease again due to maybe having to possible move somewhere for a graduate job he hasn't applied for yet...

Having an amazing girl decide she's getting too attached to me when she thinks she needs to be single, therefore stopping talking to me and seeing me, and deciding to tell me this at midnight last night after I'd taken her out for a meal and film that evening. Wouldn't be so bad if she hadn't stayed the night before, and if we hadn't have spoken every day for the past 5 weeks...

Also had Nexxo's quote "The price of being the good guy is that you have to be the good guy, the reward for being the good guy is that you get to be the good guy" in my head, so when she said she wanted to stay but didn't know if she should, I ended up saying that she should probably go as she'd feel better in the long run, but she had to choose to do that...

    *sigh*

The condescending 'nice' and 'lovely' comments along with telling me to be more outgoing to meet people didn't particularly help as she was leaving either...

And the resultant hangover is taking its time about leaving!

Bank won't support that or any other browser since it might be a "security risk".

Surely the biggest security risk is IE, as it's the most commonly used web browser

One sided conversations. Just tried talking to what was essentially a brick wall for the last hour, but I'm too deluded to realize that it's pointless even trying.

Retards for colleagues. If anyone's got a remedy on how to deal with them (without violence and/or getting fired), feel free to PM me.

Also, since today, I've got glasses again - after getting Lasik surgery in 2004. I couldn't join the army because of my eyesight, so I got Lasik. Then I couldn't join the army because of the Lasik scars on my eyes. Thanks, surgery. All I can think right now is "Milhouse, Milhouse, Milhouse [etc]" (as an aside, the French dub-over is something like "mil-oose", which makes it even worse).

With glasses I look about ten years older and like a philosophy professor, rather than my real job (which could potentially be described as "punching hippies in the face"). Bah - I am not looking forward to my retard colleagues' reaction to the glasses, as I've - as of yet; awaiting any PMs - no way of dealing with that without tearing off their scrotums (scrota?).

    Ergh.
