I got shot (.177 airgun - hit a rib) and then my aunt's dog scratched open my arm.

Yay.

 

I can't go to sleep, without waking up an hour before my alarm does, and checking the time, and having to go back to sleep again. Really is starting to bug me. Wondering whether I should just set my alarm earlier and take ages to get ready for work, instead of getting ready in 25 minutes. I wonder if waking up 25 minutes before I go to work, has got me into a state of mind of worrying about whether I'm going to be late, so that I end up waking up before my alarm goes. Maybe the trick is to get up an hour earlier, and lie in bed till you really have to get up? Anyone else experience this?

Which is worse, what I've got, or not being able to get yourself out of bed in the morning in the first place.

 

Biochemistry. And essays with stupid vague titles. 'To what extent does a doctor have a duty to promote public health?' F**k Off, I really don't care.

 

Yeah but it's a jerk for naming stuff, and syntax in general. It pretends with 2D maths input that it's all cool with any old input, while it's actually like a mean old teacher who still insists on every colon and semi-colon being perfect.

 

I'm completely through with the last hospital here in the Netherlands who could help me with my medical condition. When they began to suggest I should just pretend I'm transsexual I already thought things weren't going the way they were supposed to. Legal time?

A big TV show here also rejected my story today because they had done 'something similar' late last year already. It's more than clear to me that the media and journalists only care about scoring the 'next big story' instead of giving a damn about what effect their work has beyond their paycheck.

 

Glad to know that the next generation of doctors really care!

For me, I got 2 E's for my A level Maths and Physics January modules when I need to be getting slightly better than A's to get into university. Oh and royal mail might of lost my graphics card that I sent off to RMA. Which I didn't send as a recorded package. This week can be summarised by me being very stupid.

 

My car has developed MORE electrical related problems, Tried to start it this morning, engine turned once, made a whirring noise, doors locked/unlocked, Dashlights flickered, engine turned again and started.

Ive now grown to HATE VW with a passion!!

atm its a herbie/christine hybrid, and there is no haynes manual for my car, So ive decided to get it fixed,mot'd and taxed and its going!

 

I wouldn't say it's ruining my life, but I just drove an hour from home to uni to realize that there are three people in my lecture (noramlly 100+) and worse still, our lecturer (with his thick Spanish accent) has decided to go ahead with the lecture.

Also, my jaw hasn't numbed out properly yet from the dental surgery I had yesterday evening. The Orthodontist hit me with the needle twice because she said it'd take it to numb me up properly :/

My work doesn't match up with that of a longer time employee, endless scrutiny follows to find ways that I am wrong. Eventually proved that I was the correct one and life went on as usual, but I can't help but feel I would be treated differently if I were older. Seems like skill and especially experience are synonymous with age in many people's minds. Being 19 doesn't mean I can't have 3 years of experience, I just started younger than most.
