Other What's ruining your life right now?

Apparently sleep is not on the to do list...how unfortunate.

 

Just an update on the soon to be failed study trip. As if going to Iceland isn't crap enough, our teacher is hell-bent on getting us to live at a research station on a peninsula outside Reykavik.

 

Coursework.

customers son had a cold, little **** gave it to me in return for me fixing thier pc, now i dont feel so guilty over charging them.

I feel like ****. On the upside, I've now got the medication that should fix me.

 

Sky not connecting our internet despite it being 7 weeks since it was ordered.
New tenants in old flat giving us crap about the state we left it in.
Have a cold (probably due to someone on the tube).

Other that it's all peachy.

 

Suffering from temporary, sudden paralyzation and various other symptoms due to excessive stress which I can't do anything about.

 

No luck with ze ladiez.

Goddammit. I'm in University. It's not supposed to be this freaking hard.

 

Multiple Sales.....****ing Multiple sales.

If any of our US forum members who's worked for my company would understand.

Tho I won't be staying too much longer with this company.

 

Everything seems to fall at the same time for me:
National Insurance bill £94
Car tax £245
Replacement windscreen for car £75
Mot (assuming it doesnt fail on anything) £45
Rent £500
Council tax £100

Today is not the best day ive had

 

Today I realized (counted) that in the past 2 months, I've lost several hundred pounds through internet purchasing where I paid the money for the goods and received nothing. One of those transactions was on here, one on another forum I'm a member of and the last on ebay. For someone who would sooner go and buy something online instead of going and looking for it in a shop (before you start flaming, I'm not talking about everyday items like a shirt or a pint of milk here... something that might actually be difficult to find in a shop) I have been seriously put off online shopping.

 

Finals. Not too bad though.
I got a job at the school, which granted me access to the Alumni forums. After reading these forums I have come to a conclusion that it is not likely that I will get a job after I graduate so I am essentially going to waste 75k USD here.

 

Petrol cost and distance. And the girl I adore being about 2 hours drive away and still kind of a secret to the 'rents. Blah.

 

I guess im not happy with this country,thinking they rule the world........

Thats one thing im very unhappy about

 

1 (one) volcano delaying a certain girl from flying over to surprise me.

Le sigh.

I have a crapload of work due this week, and no real motivation to finish it.

 

then dont!

 

My semi low GPA, due to the fact that I don't really have to try to do anything, it makes me do nothing.

With that said, I might just be re-attracted to this friend I have...oh well, I'll just hide it.

 

not really an option unfortunately, unless I am willing to let all the work I did this semester go down the drain...

- 1 group project (Worth 40% of my Data Communications grade)
- 2 COBOL programs
- 2 Social Problems Papers and associated homework assignments

Easy semester up until the last two weeks... now all the work piles on at once
