I suck at paper work! There are so many things I'd rather be doing. Unfortunately at the moment I'm having to do a lot of reports for work but I keep putting off finishing them.

Just had an email from my boss complaining about it and to make matters worse both my laptop and PC decided to pack up whilst I was trying to get them done over the last 2 days.

I really need to make sure I get them done on the day i've been to site.

15mg warfarin per day in order to achieve an INR level of 2.1 to get me out of hospital and make sure my shiny new Sorin Bi-Carbon Bi-leaflet mechanical valve
    [IMG]
doesn't throw a blood clot into my brain and try and kill me so soon after being fixed.

Target INR level is 2.5 to 3.5 and i suspect I'll have to take 20+mg/day of warfarin to maintain that at around 3.

Seems that I have a monster liver/metabolism/general physiology as i passed all the discharge tests 3 days after the op but it took a further 10 days to reduce my clotting to levels safe for discharge!

Oh and this was with support of heparin at 40,000+ units per day :jawdrop::jawdrop:

Hospital has never seen anyone like me - cardiac nurses with 18 years experience as well as senior registrars and cardiothoracic surgeons all highly befuddled and haematology department gave up and told them to give me as much warfarin as it took!!!

Now i'm on BT infinity there's a brand new problem! The HomeHub3 doesn't support Wireless N 5ghz, and guess who owns a mouse that can be messed with by any sufficiently strong 2.4ghz signal?

Bollocks. I'm going to have to look at either running an Ethernet cable direct, or going to Homeplugs.

This means that I basically can't use the Mouse while using more than 18% of my 54 mbps Wireless Bandwidth I get up here, so Browsing youtube is a right swine.

Why not buy a 5GHz access point instead of homeplugs and the disable the wirelesss on the HumeHub?

So i buy a couple of horse wormer's online from a local company GJW Titmuss, well i get them and one of the boxes say 05/12 so it is out of date, fine let them know and then send photo's, get a refund for £12.99 or exchange.

Oh then i get a phone call from a woman that wouldn't give me her name, saying i should never of got a refund as she delt with the stock and that i purchased that wormer in 2010, i'm like WHAT! i couldn't believe what i was being accused of, totally ridiculous for a £12.99 wormer, i was so insulted, not only had i been sent an out of date wormer then accused of what amounts to fraud.

Just why would i do that, i know something i wont be buying from them ever again.

Kevin that's terrible. Tell him to get in contact with CAB and have them help him appeal urgently. They'll assist in such cases. Hope he gets it sorted real soon.

Tried channels 1 & 13, both of those seem to mess with the Mouse. Really I need to get in touch with Mad Catz and see what channels the mouse overlaps with, see if I can't get one that doesn't mess it up.

Edit; Mmm'kay. I've got a Ticket sat in Mad Catz' Support system, asking if there's any Wireless Channels that won't interfere with the mouse.

God I hate medical cock ups Kevin!

Stopping his benefits is just horrible. I can't believe they's do something as disgusting as that! How can they potentially leave such a guy homeless!?
