Would you ever mind a visit from me? Just because I really really want to hear your stories in life.

If it sounds creepy, I apologize, but you are an utterly inspiring man and I wish you peace above all else.

Kayin, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I hope that the Universe decides that now is the time to start giving you good luck instead of bad.

We don't mind visits at all. It's what's helping us stay functional now.

Nothing more has changed since last night, we're just waiting on the doctors again this morning. All we ask for is a clear sign yes or no on will he improve, and we still haven't gotten it. It's barbaric to ask someone to terminate life support if there's a chance of improvement, but inversely if the brain is gone, then the body will soon give out anway. Both are difficult to handle, both could be a long wait, but at least we could have closure and a final peace that everything possible had been done.

If. The longest word in English. I so hate if.

    Talk about different perspectives.

Well, my wife left me last Thursday. After 14 years a switch flipped overnight and that is seemingly that. I'm not shocked after what's gone on but it's really hit me hard.

Talking to a work colleague this morning and asking how his weekend was, he was arranging a funeral for his 23 day old granddaughter.

Have had a ear ache which occasionally the grotty feeling leads to a headache for the best part of a week, finding it hard to concentrate now

I have an ear ache because i have severe tooth ache back tooth on right side is pulling through, it hurts to each and chew just checked it out in the mirror and the tooth is pushing through at a 45 degree angle into my mouth.

Can't afford to go to the dentist but then again im struggling to pay for food so its not like chewing will hurt. *sigh*

just checked my account and i have the best part of £30 to last 3 weeks or more..

Im so horrificly bored lately i wake up take a walk or run come home and decide what to do, i end up sitting at the computer feeling sorry for myself

My boss has been "let go" and replaced with what can only be described as a monumental douchebag.

My finances are up the spout and I'm looking at a possible separation from my partner of 13 years.

Blahh... For a second I was like "I can handle this, math ain't no problem, thou' it's darn hard for me" -Well... got exam in front of me and instantly went like : | "I will not pass this".

    Soundtrack for the day:

Maybe I should just give up and not even try to be IT-engineer and head to the business end of the school and get BBA papers, less math that I cannot pass...

Having a really difficult time organising a shoot for client. I was supposed to have everything ready by the 4th of December but now I'm ****ed through no fault of my own and have to make some difficult calls.

I swear, if I see the inept mug who buggered this all up, I'm going to crack his skull open with my heel. I am seething

My complete and total inability to apply myself today. I just don't want to do the tasks I had planned and just want to go back to bed until this product designs itself.

Being given a second! lab report... this would be fine but i've already been given TWO assignments and a lab report from the same guy

The lab reports count for nothing and the assignments are the difference between me failing my degree or not.

For good measure he chucked ontop some ridiculous long report with multiple questions.

He complained all of last year about a teachers giving us unecessary work to do when we should be focusing on getting the important stuff done right.

Update: My car is on a lift at my Father's place of work at the moment, I took the wheel off this morning to get a better view of the damage. To get it drivable again I need a lower wishbone, track rod, alloy and tire (I'm putting the spare steelie on for now) and a CV joint. Wonderful, that's this week's pay spent  I'll start looking at bodywork at a later stage, just need it drivable again for now. I'll work on it tonight if I can get all the parts locally this afternoon.

Neurosurgeon has come in and told us that all secondary signs of brain function save breathing have ceased. However, while he still tries to breathe on his own, it's both illegal to pull the plug and unethical. The doctors come in and dump this on you and then apparently expect you to know just what to do. Nobody knows what to do here, nobody ever expects to be here. We're waiting for some doctors we know much better, they may be able to elucidate-that neurosurgeon is the absolute most negative man we've ever known. Why does he do pediatric neurosurgery?

Doctors acting like ***** at the most inappropriate times seems to be an all too common occurence. We've been through similar on far more trivial issues with our little one and even then it lead to significant thoughts of physical violence upon there person, and the situation was a far cry from what you are going through. It's very good that you've got other doctors that you can talk to about it.
